Price Match Guarentee

Where a competitor has the same product and meets the conditions below, we’ll gladly match this. Simply click on the contact us link and let us know. Advertised product price must be supplied to us and the medium on which it was advertised. i.e. confirmed through either catalogue, newspaper, radio, TV, website and not through verbal or personal quotations.

Coffees Are Us will not match a competitors price on:

1. Bulk/commercial quantities over 1 item.
2. Clearance lines, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers.
3. Products which are advertised internationally as opposed to the manufacturer’s locally licensed distributor within Australia.
4. Coffees Are Us reserves the right not to match a competitor price that falls below our cost price.
5. Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake or misprint by the competitor.
6. Where the Competitor in question is not the approved distributor of the product in question.
7. Competitor must be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).
8. Product not currently in stock and not available for back order.
